The RCPAQAP has Discipline Advisory Committees consisting of Pathologists and Scientists with expertise in their related disciplines.
Expressions of interest are invited from Pathologists and Senior Medical Scientists with experience in clinical transfusion to join the RCPAQAP Transfusion Advisory Committee.
This position is an honorary position to assist the staff in the Transfusion Discipline by providing advice on the clinical and scientific aspects of the RCPAQAP Transfusion programs. Expertise in clinical transfusion is required for this position, and the applicant should have a minimum of five years clinical laboratory experience.
Committee membership is for three years with possible renewal of one further term. The position responsibilities are outlined in the RCPAQAP Advisory Committee Terms of Reference.
