The Evolve list comprises of 5 clinical practices in transfusion medicine which may be overused, inappropriate or of limited effectiveness in a given clinical context. The Evolve list was compiled following a review of the evidence associated with the top 5 items chosen by the membership and the formulation of suitable recommendations for these items.
